The Cretaz family serve up delicious daily dishes of the traditional Aosta Valley cuisine. From farm to fork, the majority of the ingredients will not leave the Valpelline Valley. During your stay you must taste the famous Seuppa à la Vapelenentze: polenta with fontina cheese, a wide choice of game and the best cured meat and aosta valley cheese. The restaurant layout at the Hostellerie Le Lievre Amoureux is a flexible, generous space. The principal room is ideal for large ceremonies such as wedding lunches, while business lunches and casual meals can be enjoyed in front of a wooden stove in the secondary room.
